product description of BD1202 anti abrasion wear high temperature repair compound
inorganic epoxy adhesive:
Double components,inorganic bonding material.the A component is gray powder,the B component is transparent liquid.
Temperature resistance can reach to 1200 degree.The material is not shrinkage in the process of curing,
used for high temperature instrument encapsulation,when the temperature increases,the resistance has small change,
the curing product has good water resistance.

Ratio:
The ratio A:B=2:1 based on customers’ requirements.

Operation time: 12 hours

Curing condition:
It can be fully curing based on heating it up to the temperature of 60-80 degree and keeping this temperature for 6 hours,
then heating it up to the temperature of 150 degree and keeping this temperature for 2 hours,after that cooling it down to
the room temperature slowly.

Notes:
The curing speed is slow at room temperature,need to heat for curing,heat it up to the temperature of 60-80 degree
and keep this temperature for 6 hours,then heat it up to the temperature of 150 degree slowly and keep this temperature
for 2 hours,after that cool it down to the room temperature slowly.Do not heat it up with high temperature directly
or heat it up with too fast speed,the speed of cooling down can’t be too fast,had better cool it down with furnace
cooling.The material is acidic,don’t make it touch with our skin during operation.
